Born in the USA, Jessica's family moved to Switzerland when she was ten. Since then, she has lived and worked in both the Swiss German as well as the French part of Switzerland. She is completely fluent in English, German, Swiss German and French.
Her entire professional career has been in the area of Human Resources. Her various positions have led her to work in industries in the private and public sectors such as Banking, Trading, Chemical, Humanitarian and even an Airport.
Jessica founded JSD HR Projects in 2022 coinciding with her nomination as President of the Swiss HR Association followed by the Vice Presidency of Human Resources Swiss Exams in 2023.
Jessica holds a degree in business and is continuously learning
more in the fields of Human Resources, Leadership, Project Management and
Coaching.
